EarthSea is a special 3 acre rural retreat a 2 min drive to Copacabana Beach with Macmasters and Avoca very close at hand. Ideally suited to families, whether young or multi-generational. New for 2022 - 10m pool and spa newly built. Luxuriate in extensive grounds - bushland, tennis court, lawns - all the while surrounded by stylish furnishings, SONOS, home cinema, a chef's kitchen and gorgeous landscaping. We will always try to accomodate early/late check in where possible. The space Earth Sea is perfect for large multi-generational family get-togethers, or 2-3 families coming together for the kids to disappear into the garden and parents into a book or deep conversation. Accommodating upto 10 adults and 4 children, EarthSea is 90 minutes from Sydney and a million miles apart in vibe and pace. Surrounded by peaceful native bushland and gardens landscaped by renowned designer Michael Cooke, ours is a place to unplug and slow down into slow, languid lazy days of graceful tranquility and relaxation. Lose yourself in the house and grounds - 4 bedrooms in the main house - 3 king beds, one queen and one triple bunk (double below, single on top) - and then the Court House (by the tennis court) for games, lounging and a spot of shady umpiring! In the main house, in addition to the bedrooms (one with a master suite and walk in wardrobe) there is a fully equipped cook’s kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge room adjoining. Media room with tv and (coming soon) projector. Study and desk and a laundry, of course. Outside there is a 14 foot trampoline and other play equipment (slide, swings etc) magnificent gardens and lawns surrounded by native forest. Oh, and a tennis court. Our neighbours are set back from the property but the vibe is peaceful tranquility, and we invite you to come and nestle into the place and pace. Guest access Guests have the run of the whole house and gardens including the Court House (for daytime use for smaller groups) and tennis court. Also play equipment (climbing web, swings, play ladder, cubby house, sand pit, slide etc). Other things to note Pool is heated by a heat pump - this brings the temperature up a few degrees but in winter may not be comfortable swimming temperature.
