Pass through hand-crafted iron gates and wind along the circular drive beneath a dramatic porte-cochère. Step through 12-foot antique carved doors into a soaring 20-foot tower entry, where your first glimpse of the property's grandeur unfolds—marble floors gleaming beneath 16-foot cathedral ceilings and panoramic views that stretch across your private oasis to the mountains beyond. The Heart of Luxury Living The 52-foot Great Room becomes your family's gathering place, seamlessly flowing into a chef's dream kitchen featuring a massive 9x6-foot island, professional Wolf appliances, and everything needed to create culinary masterpieces. Whether you're hosting intimate dinners or grand celebrations, this space adapts to your every need. Your Private Resort Backyard Step outside into what can only be described as a $250,000+ aquatic wonderland. The 50x30-foot saltwater pool features everything you've dreamed of: a swim-up bar for poolside cocktails, three cascading waterfalls that create natural white noise, and that famous 14-foot slide that turns adults back into kids. The adjacent gazebo and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with 9-foot counter space mean you'll never want to go inside. Recreation Without Limits Beyond the pool lies your personal sports complex. Challenge friends to basketball on the multi-sport court, perfect your putting on three dedicated greens, or organize family tournaments with pickleball, volleyball, and table tennis options all at your fingertips. Behind it all, a half-acre of grass provides space for soccer, frisbee, or simply lounging under the desert sky. The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved. If approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit.If you bring an unapproved pet, fines apply, and you will be made to leave with no refund. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. We work with the top 3 pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please report and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at all of our homes. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, they are completely harmless but can fall from the sky, generally there's a chance for them in August and September, while they can be killed and removed when they are falling from the sky, they will return minutes after treating. There can be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation. *Please note if your stay is 28 nights or more, you will receive a $500 utility credit for gas and electricity, and you will be responsible for gas and electricity bills over $500. Payment is due within 2 weeks of departure. • Lastly, you will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement after booking. Please provide your email address after booking and we will send you the Contract. We are about a block radius from Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, AND Indio! An acre of vacant land for parking available.Very private-dance & swim to your heart's delight. Bring RV's & trailers-no problems! Location + Elegance + Ease! 9 mi to Coachella Fairground. Other things to note If you have more than 15 guests owner approval is required. If approved additional fees apply. 1) No loud music. 2) No music before 10am 3) No loud music after 930 pm. Some of our neighbors are permanent residence, and it's important to be respectful towards them. We want you to have an amazing stay, and we also want to ensure that we maintain a good relationship with out neighbors. The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $200/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $250/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed. The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come. These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund. We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist. When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long Cancellation policy and procedures Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations. Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices. For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you. If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund. To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property. The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for. Example request. "I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available. Thanks." We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree. No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed. Sincerely, Everyday Luxury Inc.
