The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Mokka, glasses, plates, cutlery, and pots. The dining area features a table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, a sofa, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and cabinet with mirror, hairdryer, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly), and amenities. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony. Bed linen provided (weekly change). The balcony is equipped with a garden table with 4 chairs and an awning offers a garden view. Two free parking spaces are available in the fenced property. Guest access Guests have access to parking Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
