cozy house + parking on private wooded land

Improvements are made to our gite every year. This is a small detached house (45 m2) next to the owner's house without facing each other, with a small terrace enclosed by a low wall to preserve everyone's privacy. It includes: living room + equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine), toilet, bedroom (queen size bed), shower room. the living room: equipped with 1 sofa bed, coffee table, TV the terrace: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol The space small one-story house (F2) peaceful countryside setting close to the city. located in a quiet area: woods adjoin the property and we sometimes have the pleasure of seeing a deer. located on the owner's own land: 5000 m2 of land not overlooked. This land is fenced and access is via an automated gate. The nights are soft and quiet and we are awakened by birdsong in the spring. Guest access access via private driveway + private parking Other things to note Nearby stores: - the "la Périgourdine" cooperative in Chancelade (sells local products); - a Grand Frais and its bakery; - A few hundred meters further, an Auchan shopping mall and a Leroy Merlin.
