"The Little Pink House" offers the charm of a vintage Florida cottage with all the modern amenities you seek. The space "The Little Pink House" is comprised of two levels. A main level with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The street level features a guest suite with a separate bathroom and laundry room. There is ample parking in driveway for multiple cars as needed. The house is fully equipped with every amenity for your comfort. We offer beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for the kids, and TONS of beach towels. When it comes to fun in the sun, we have got you covered! Both upstairs bedrooms have king size beds. The master features a 55" HDTV, while the guest bedroom offers a 40" HDTV. Both are equipped with tons of closet space. The downstairs bedroom suite features 2 single beds, a queen sleeper-sofa, 40" HDTV, and Yamaha surround sound. This suites offers a private entrance from the street level and access to the beach. The living room has a 70" HDTV, Blu-ray player, and most importantly--breathtaking ocean views. The eat-in kitchen also features a massive picture window directly facing the ocean. The oceanfront porch is perfect for entertaining and relaxing, offering generous outdoor furniture, a propane BBQ grill, a hot tub facing the ocean, and an outdoor shower on the side of the house for rinsing down after spending time in the ocean.
