Located within one of the most iconic buildings in Whitby, the property can be seen from all approaches into the town and boasts incredible sea views. You’ll have full access to the apartment during your stay which includes three bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, a separate shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living / dining space. The space Sea View @ 44 has a spacious kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster. The black, high shine kitchen cabinets are ultra sleek and the large L shaped island is a real focal point within the space. The kitchen leads into the living and dining area which is a great place to socialise and unwind with your loved ones. The dining area features a table and leather dining chairs. Boasting comfortable sofas, a matching armchair and a TV, the living area is cosy and homely. You’ll find two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill shower room on the same floor. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the second bedroom sleeps 3 guests with a double and single. On the first floor, you’ll find the third bedroom which is a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Sea View @ 44 are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. We provide a parking scratch card for your stay which gives you free parking in the W zones.
