Villa Stalletta at Borgo4case

Villa Stalletta is a two-storey stone house "rustico" situated in a peaceful and ancient olive grove, in the heart of Versilia, north of Tuscany. The entire property is very quiet, sunny and has a wonderful view of the Versilia hills and Apuane Alps. The large swimming pool, treated with natural salt, invites you to enjoy memorable and relaxing moments after your sightseeing trips to Florence and Pisa, one hour away by motorway. The space This house once was a barn. Upstairs, in the front more sunny and dry, there was the barn with the typical window "mandolata". We bought this barn in 1987 and with the help of skilled local craftsmen we renovated the cottage to make it habitable. The interior decorations were then completely renovated in 2011. It is possible to rent the entire estate of Borgo4case to organize small weddings, 35 people maximum. Guest access You can use the entire villa, the outdoor areas with lounge and dining table with gas barbecue. The pool is shared with guests with guests from our small village called Borgo4case. The house has a parking space for one or two cars. Other things to note The house is on two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The salt water pool, purified without the addition of chlorine, is shared with other 5/6 guests of the other house that is part of our small family estate. The other house is nearby but both houses have privacy. Curtains and vegetation shield the verandahs of outside dining area, so you won't be disturbed. The heating system and stove are usable following the national laws only from 1 November to 14 April 2024. Fireplace is not usable. The cover of the swimming pool in spring and autumn makes green house effect. It is forbidden to bring bicycles inside the house, you can park your bike in the garden.
