The modern oriented holiday apartment with 155 m² in a city location over two floors stretched over two floors offers space for a maximum of up to 9 guests (8 people + toddler up to about 2 years) for overnight accommodation without extra bed and, if desired, also for a longer period. Your hosts Mike & Susanne Reschke The space In the lower apartment area, two individually lockable spacious bedrooms with a TV each are available on 83 m² next to the spacious entrance area with many built-in wardrobes for the daily wardrobe. Another small bedroom is adjacent to a bedroom. Another living room in the open living concept (studio) with desk, sitting and play area complements the quiet or private areas. A very spacious bathroom area with two sinks, a whirlpool designed for two guests and an additional shower along with large wall heating, which provides warm towels, is also intended to offer our guests a pleasant atmosphere here. The upper air-conditioned apartment area then invites you to stay on 72 square meters as a large open and bright living area with the separate dining, relaxation and seating areas including a beautiful mining fireplace, TV with internet connection or rocking chair for reading the books of our small library. The kitchen adjacent to the living area complements the ambience completely discreetly. Our guests like to enjoy the view of the city and the surrounding area. We also took care of secured parking options. Your vehicle as well as bicycles can be parked or parked directly on the private parking lot in the property. From the operator side, in addition to the standard equipment, you will be provided with the following furnishing accessories or services, among other things: - Good kitchen basics with the usual household utensils, dishes, cutlery, pots incl.
