A terraced holiday home in a great location being by the sea with its extensive sandy beaches yet a short drive into the Lake District with its many attractions. Many walks, Hodbarrow RSPB reserve and even cable tow water skiing (in season) are on your doorstep. There is a horse riding centre 3½ miles away with hill and beach riding available for all ages and abilities. Sea fishing from the beach at Silecroft is only 4½ miles to the north. Muncaster Castle with its gardens and Bird of Prey Centre or a trip on Ravenglass Steam train (dogs welcome) into the heart of the Lake District make good days out. There is something for everyone to discover in this little known corner of Cumbria. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 110 yards.
