Our newly renovated private villa, originally built in 1914, comprises of three double bedrooms and two modern tiled bathrooms. Socialising is done with ease, with the open plan living, kitchen and dining rooms being the hub of the house. There is a separate lounge that has a double sofa bed, innerspring mattress with pillow top. A roll away single bed which will fit into any of the bedrooms Just open the french doors to a shaded backyard under olive trees and enjoy a BBQ in the evening sun. . Off street parking available, as well as an internal access garage with remote control. Also included is two mountain bikes for guests use. To ensure our guests with a comfortable stay, this house is fully insulated with the added features of air conditioning with ducts into every room, Netflix and Wi-Fi. Please note there are two security cameras on the property, one showing the driveway and one showing the front door. Only a short stroll to the Saturday markets in the town square and all local cafes, restaurants and bars. At the end of the road is Lake Te Koutu, providing beautiful natural New Zealand greenery and fresh air as you walk around the lake. Tivoli Cinema is a 10 minute walk; a boutique theatre with a range of recent films and food / beverages while you watch in comfort. Highly recommended. A 10 minute walk to Cambridge Town Hall, this property is close to all Cambridge amenities and approximately a 10 minute drive to the popular Lake Karapiro, and 15 minutes to Hamilton's Airport and Mystery Creek.
