The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -Please note the stairs in our home are narrow and steep, please use caution. Our home is not equipped for wheelchairs due to the levels of stairs. -Public Parking in the Vail main garage (this is a short walk to the condo), or you can valet at a nearby hotel. You can pull right up to the front of the building to unload. You can also drive to Wild Bills to drop off luggage but they do need to speak to security before doing so. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Permit #027124 -IMPORTANT! - While this property is in a prime location in downtown Vail, getting to and into the property can be a little difficult, so please make sure you read this information BEFORE arrival so that you can have it clear in mind. There is NO parking at the Wall Street building, so you must park in the Vail Village parking garage.  Rates vary depending on the time of day and season you are there, but parking fees can be up to $50 per night.  -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
