Can Salva charm on the Costa Brava

The home is located in Torroella de Fluvia near the lovely Costa Brava. The first construction is centuries old, when it was used as a tavern. During the 20th century it suffered a lot of extensions and served as a shop, a bakery, a bar, a cinema and dancing club, an olive oil mill and a cellar. The family bought it in 1974 and in 2003 started turning it into a rural guesthouse. Other things to note The 250m² holiday home consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 15 people. The nearest beach, Platja de Sant Pere Pescador, is a 15-minute drive or 8km away. Girona Airport is a 40-minute drive or 50km from the home. Pets are not allowed.
