The villa is close to some of the most impressive coves and beaches of the island and, at the same time, is near to incredible restaurants and beautiful towns like Colonia Sant Jordi, Santanyi, Campos or Sa Rapita. This lovely property is surrounded by a fence and has no adjacent neighbors. There are no highways or houses nearby, so the peace, quiet and privacy are all outstanding. This large villa has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a WC and a private swimming pool. It has also a second outdoor dining room integrated in the garden with barbecue and toilet and next to the pool. For our smallest guests, the house provides 2 cribs and 2 highchairs. Upholstery of kitchen chairs. Guest access The house and its facilities are totally private. Guests will have access to all the house and open spaces during the stay. The villa include 3 bicycles at your disposal, two for adults and one for children, as shown in some of the photos. The pool is not heated. Other things to note Check-in from 16:00 Check-out until 11:00 Pets are not allowed Bed linen and towels for the bathroom and pool are included with the reservation (beach towels are not included). Everything, water and electricity is included except for the consumption of air conditioners (hot and cold) that have an independent meter and will be charged at 0,23€/KW. During the months of March, April, and from October 15 to December 1 the house will have at your disposal the heating system by radiators in each room (aerothermal system using electricity). The consumption of the heating system, as well as that of the air conditioners, is not included, it is charged at 0,23€/KW. Between May 1 and October 15, the heating system will be deactivated (they will always be able to use the heating through the air conditioners if they wanted to someday).
