The space LIVING AREA The sunlit living area is outfitted with a plush sectional and a flat-screen smart TV. Large windows bring an abundance of natural light, and the gas fireplace provides added allure. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including double ovens. As dinner simmers, sip drinks at the well-equipped bar for two. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for eight in the dining area. BED & BATH This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a king-size bed and a flat-screen smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a desk work area as well. The second master bedroom features a California king-size bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and direct access to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and can also be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The fully fenced in backyard offers a private oasis with gorgeous mountain views. Sunbathe on chaise lounges on the pool deck and kick back in comfy seating on the patio. The gazebo lounge, furnished with two suspended chairs, is a shady retreat. On winter evenings, snuggle up around the gas fire pit. The heated pool allows for aquatic fun in any season, and the hot tub invites you to unwind. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco in the shade at the table for eight. Your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees during the summer months, and pool heating will be available for an additional charge of $65/day for the length of your stay during the winter months (October-May). Dogs are welcome (extra pet fee and deposit required) Local regulations require that our property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay, including noise, parking and occupancy. Please note there is no amplified music permitted outside the house in accordance with Palm Springs regulations. LOCATION This home is a quiet retreat near the heart of town.
