Very bright 50 m² south-facing apartment, duplex, on the 3rd and top floor of a residence located on the heights of Châtel, in the heart of Petit-Châtel. Unobstructed views of the entire valley! 10 min walk from the center of the village and its amenities, as well as 600 m from the ski slopes of Super-Châtel with shuttle at the foot of the residence to reach other areas. Private cellar + 2 parking spaces (1 outdoor and 1 indoor). The space The accommodation was completely renovated in March 2021 in a mountain style dominated by natural wood and cocooning. A large mezzanine has been fitted out with a TV lounge area overlooking a large panoramic view. Please note that sheets and linens are not provided. Sheets can be rented on request, for an additional fee, for stays of one week or more. Also note that in high season for stays of a week or more (winter period and July-August), the end-of-stay cleaning is included. On request at other times, it may also be possible to take the cleaning option at 70 euros. Baby crib and high chair are available to families free of charge in the accommodation. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests. Apartment located on the 3rd and top floor of a residence without elevator access. Access to the accommodation is via 4 stairs (1 external metal staircase and 3 internal stairs). This is therefore not suitable for people who have great difficulty climbing stairs.
