Casa Lola in Merida Centro - amazing location

Our home in Merida is in the perfect location, because of the friendly neighborhood and close proximity to the excitement in downtown Merida. When you open the antique doors its peaceful and you would never know you are in the heart of a city. You will get the entire house as your private space. The house has amazing art work, antiques, and all you need. Private pool, 2 bed with 2 ensuite baths, , high speed internet, cable, AC in bedrooms and in living room, wifi,and an exotic ambiance. The space You will love our antique house with the high beamed ceilings, and thick walls and gorgeous arched doorways. The doors are original to the house, as are the pasta tiles. All of the house furnishings have been chosen to compliment the house, and include antiques and curiosities from around the world. We love antiques and 'thing' from around the world, and like to decorate with a slight sense of humour and much joy. You will find things we love all over the house and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and anything you might need.....we do try to have it. We provide towels, linens, and even beach towels for the pool. We provide drinking water for your stay. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The living area also has brand new air conditioning. The front door of the house has a double door to provide sound proofing, as well as helping to keep the heat out. The garden and back outdoor dining space is a shady sanctuary, perfect for reading, dining, just hanging out. We have hi speed wifi, and a smart TV, as well as provide a few books and games for you to read in our small library. We have a hammock, as well as hammock chair for your enjoyment. The outdoor dining area is 'bathing suit proof' and you welcome to sit there in wet suits, as the seats are double thick sunbrella fabric. You will love this house. Guest access Guests have the entire house privately to themselves, including a private pool to enjoy. Total privacy in your own house. Other things to note There is parking at Casa Lola at a secure lot close by if needed at your own expense. You can park in front of our street but not during rush hour. Electricity - the meter is read on your arrival and then again at departure. You are given free electricity at 25kw per day, but anything over 25 kw on average per day should be paid by you as an overcharge. Guests would then the overcharge amount in pesos for the property management company. Electricity overcharge is charged only due to the fact that some guests leave the AC on while they are out all day, and this pushes up the useage cost rate for months. For most guests, the charges are low and 25 kw will be sufficient if you just use the AC in the evening, and sporadically during the daytime.
