Only 15 meters from water , apartments enjoys a prominent location right by the beach and offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Free private parking is provided, and a bus stop with connections to city centre is just 50 m away. The apartment is ideal for a family, group or individual vacation. The space We offer 2 apartments with big balcony with beautiful sea view. Each apartment is 30 m2. Each apartment is 3 + 1 for total for 4 people. Each apartment is most comfortable for 3 people. We offer cot/crib for parents for their infants/toddlers. In case you have a baby/infant , apartment can have 5 people. Each apartment have 2 rooms. 1 queen bed and 1 pull out bed for 4 people total ( Queen bed is inside the sleeping room and Pull - Out bed is in kitchen area ) Each apartment have smart 42 inch TV with Netflix , HBO , PRIME , DISNEY + provided for free. Each apartment have its own air-conditioner. Each apartment have kitchen and refrigerator and all necessary amenities for its use. Each apartment have big bathroom. Each apartment have unlimited hot water. Each apartment have Wi-Fi with unlimited 5G data with 300/200 download/upload. We do NOT provide salt,pepper and oil in kitchen ( if you need any of those items please ask housemaid and she will provide it for you) We only offer sunbeds as beach essentials. We do NOT offer beach towels, parasol , snorkeling equipment, beach blankets. We do NOT put shampoo or shower gel in the bath , if you need them please ask housemaid and she will provide them for you. We have big free parking space in front of the house. Washing machine is NOT in the apartment. Washing machine requires additional fee if you want to use it. You must request washing machine service atleast 24 hours before. There is ONE entrence to balcony/patio and it is SHARED with another apartment. There is awning and “screen” for additional privacy if wanted. Apartments have everything you need for short or long stay. Sometimes we can be flexible with check in and check out , ask before we can confirm. Guest access Apartments , balcony and garden with barbecue ! We offer big free parking space in front of the house ! Other things to note House Rules: Please respect house rules. Please agree to rules before making a reservation. Please read "description" section as well ! Please note that CHECK IN time begins at 16:00 ! Please note that CHECK OUT time is 10:00 ! No loud noise after 21:00 ! No smoking inside , you can smoke outside/balcony. It is mandatory to select the right amount of guests and pets that will attend Airbnb before making a reservation becouse pricing can vary depending on different number of guests and pets. No unregistered guests. You may have visitors but please let me know before they come. No major events and parties , smaller gatherings are allowed. Notify me atleast 24 hours before if you require washing machine service. Please put garbage inside the trash-can. Barbeque is allowed but quests must clean it after use. If there are any major damages to property resolution payment will be sent via AirBnB to person who made a reservation. There is 100 euros charge for extra cleaning in case of extremly bad and dirty state of property after checking out. We offer 1 toilet paper per person ! We offer 1 big towel and 1 small towel per person ! Please do not leave wet kitchen accessories and gadgets (Like plates,glasses,pans,forks,spoons,knifes...) back in the drawers , please let them dry first! If you are staying longer (7 days +) and you want apartment cleaned again , fee is 50 euros.
