You can watch TV from the sofa or from the large table (very comfortable for 4 people). The apartment is very well located near the theatre, buses and very quiet (2nd and last floor, you will be the only guests on this floor and there are only 2 apts in the building). There is plenty of storage space, which makes the place perfect for long term stays. Large BR (with view on roofs and on the backyard) with workspace (large desk + chair). Towels are provided only for +2-night stays (on request for 1 night) Please note that to access the apartment you need to climb about 30 steps. Guest access 2nd floor with no lift. The 2nd stairs are a bit stiff. Common area is being renovated. Doesn’t suit disabled people. Other things to note For last-minute reservations: please let us know if you need a cot and towels (they can be provided for one night on request only). Towels are provided for short-term stays from 2 to 28 nights.
