In the heart of Popenguine, old beach cottage, 10 meters from the sea. Main living room without air conditioning, TV lounge with direct access to the terrace facing the ocean, outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Included: hot/cold water, power (excluding AC), sheets, towels, services of Jean (caretaker) and Therese: household chores, board (you decide meals and shooping items), wifi, TV Access C + Africa. Possibility transfer, excursions. The space Originally, this rental was one of the many popular huts in Popenguine in the 60s. It stands out of other rentals built "in a European way" because although arranged to accommodate a certain comfort, it has kept a true authenticity and remains one of the few testimonials of this time. Its seaside location, 2 steps from the village center, the beauty of the view, the authenticity and tranquility of the place are the real plus from this rental. For TV, the Access Canal + Africa package is included in your stay. If you want another bouquet, they will be at your expense and payable on arrival. You will find the various possible bouquets on the site of the offers Canal + Africa. Your choice done, you just have to ask us and we will activate it for your arrival. In the living room, we have temporarily condemned the air conditioner that is at the end of its life. That's fine, because it's an ecological absurdity. The services of Jean the caretaker and Thérèse, the maid are included in your stay. Jean will be there to support you, advise you and solve any problem if necessary. Thérèse will take care of the housework, the shopping and the preparation of the meals. You will see with her what you want to eat and will only have to pay the raw materials on presentation of the merchants' bills. Note that she does not work Sundays.
