Dog-Friendly home with host's prior acknowledgment. Your well-behaved, housebroken dog is welcome. We just ask that you don't leave them on the property unattended. This property contains 2 separate units each with their own updated kitchen and bath. ** It will only be rented to one group of guests at a time. A guest can enjoy only the main flat or take advantage of both during their stay (for an additional fee - 6 guest max). The main house is 2 bedrooms with a cozy living room and an updated kitchen and bathroom with a claw foot tub. There is a queen bed in one room, and a day bed in the other room that can be used as 2 twin beds or a full king. It sleeps 4. * If your party is 4 or fewer we will assume you want to rent only the top flat unless you requested the lower unit as well (with an additional fee) Downstairs is a large studio with its own kitchen and updated bath. There is also a semi-private additional office nook with a futon and a desk. Off the office nook is a private balcony sitting amongst the redwoods. It also sleeps 4. (please inquire for pricing.) The main house can be rented separately or together with the lower flat, but guests at Bohemian GrOOve will enjoy private use of the whole property! Enjoy preparing your own home-cooked meals in the well-stocked kitchens or the great dining options close by: The Northwood Golf Course is a public course a few miles away with a nice restaurant and coffee shop with both inside and outside seating. The LightWave is in the town of Monte Rio and is the ideal setting for a local brunch overlooking the community garden & skate park (open on the weekends). The newly opened Boho Manor has a spa, restaurant, and a well-stocked bar and it features riverfront dining. The Blue Heron & Cape Fear are great options in the charming town of Duncans Mills nearby where there are also great shops to explore. A few minutes drive is the town of Guerneville where you will find the upscale Boon Eat Drink, Dawns Ranch, El Bario, and Brot. There are also many other great casual dining options, wine tasting, and shopping options in Guerneville. Occidental & Bodega Bay are also only a short drive with excellent choices for dining out and exploring. Enjoy the days lounging/boating at the Russian River (just blocks away) and in the evening enjoy soaking in the hot tub under the redwood-shaded stars. Day trips are easy to the Pacific Oceans, Bodega Bay, hikes in Armstrong Woods or boating on Lake Sonoma. The Northwood Golf Course is also very close and is open to the public. For wine enthusiasts, the closest winery is less than 10 miles away or champagne at Korbel. Just a bit further is the turnoff to Westside/Dry Creek Road, a beautiful, winding country road with picturesque vineyards following the river up into Healdsburg.
