SE Portland Guest Cottage

The guest cottage offers self check-in. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Portland. High ceilings make this studio airy and bright. We think of it as a perfect hotel room without the hotel. The small galley kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including filtered water. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. The cottage stands on its own making it perfect for coming and going as you please. City of Portland Permit #24 013532 The space The cottage is an open-space studio with a queen sized bed, two arm chairs and a kitchenette. There is a flat screen TV that can be covered when not in use. The bathroom occupies a separate space and has a tub/shower. Out front is a small table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun. The cottage is a non-smoking space. Guest access You have access to the entire space. We live in the main house. Other things to note We can share the driveway if you want to park your car there, but we have an electric car and need to plug it in now and then. Registration Details 24-013532-000-00-HO
