Numerous mountain bike and walking tracks are accessible, across the Frankton Road. Beside the Rees - the first hotel on the road to Queenstown, a walking track descends through the Rees driveway entrance down to the waterfront. This main access to Queenstown has a bike path with access onto the Queenstown Trail providing great riding from Jacks Point all the way out to Gibbston Valley. In winter Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Cardrona are just a short drive away.
