Pets are welcome! -Dog bowls for food & water are provided -Dog waste bags are available for your convenience -Please leash your pets when off-property -Owners must clean up after pets -Note: Pets are not allowed at community amenities (e.g. pools, beaches) 🌊 Arrowhead Lake Community Amenities: Enjoy access to a wide variety of seasonal and year-round amenities (amenity passes required – see below): 3 heated outdoor pools (one is within walking distance); 4 beaches on 2 scenic lakes (closest beach is a 3-minute drive); lodge access with family events & seasonal programming, a fitness center & billiards room; sports courts including tennis, pickleball, volleyball, bocce, basketball; many playgrounds (one is walking distance from the home); a family game room; and much more! 🏊 Pool Schedule: -Open weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend -Open daily beginning the third week of June -Close for the season on Labor Day 💳 Arrowhead Lake Fees (Set by the Community Association): Fee Type & Cost -Community Registration: $20 (one-time) -Vehicle Gate Access: $20 per vehicle Temporary Membership (Ages 6+) - Off-Season: $2.00 per person/night - In-Season (May 22 – Sept 7): $8.50 per person/night ⛔ Important Notes: -These fees are mandated by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and are beyond our control. -Registrations must be submitted at least 1 day prior to arrival. If submitted within 3 days of arrival, a $100 late fee applies. -After booking, we’ll reach out to collect the required vehicle and guest information. -We'll handle the registration and pay the fees on your behalf. -You’ll receive a request through Airbnb to cover the fee total. -Prior to arrival, the community rental office will send you an email with your QR code(s) for gate and amenity access. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house, with the exception of one locked closet, the shed, and the golf cart.
