Welcome to The Sage Room, your cozy retreat in a charming North Boulder home! The room offers comfort and privacy, with access to shared spaces in the home. Owned by a friendly Boulder artist, it’s the perfect base for exploring Boulder. Whether you’re a student, professor, or professional, you’ll find everything you need! Your host is also a great resource for local tips on dining, arts, and outdoor activities. *Beautiful outdoor areas *Lots of storage *Dedicated workspace & wifi *Queen bed The space This unique and charming home offers a calm atmosphere with a strong connection to nature. As you enter, you'll notice a desk in the common area, used by the owner, but rest assured, there's a separate desk for your personal use in the private room. The private room includes: *A bright space with a queen bed, dresser, and shelves *Fluffy pillows, comforters, linens, and towels *Dedicated workspace, folding table that can also be used for eating *A sink and mirror for added convenience Shared spaces include: *High-speed Wi-Fi, TV including Netflix *Light, bright, south-facing windows with mountain views *A fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space for meal prep *Appliances in the kitchen that you can access include: microwave, toaster, oven, stove, coffee maker, and blender - basically everything except the coffee itself! *A dining area *A bathroom with a shower and tub *Laundry facilities *A patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air Guest access You’ll have the private room all to yourself, while the shared spaces in the home may be used by the host or occasionally by other guests. There is free parking on the street. There may be space for 1 vehicle in the driveway, but it’s not guaranteed. During your stay I live in the main house and will be around as little or as much as you may need. I can be available to help with any check in you might need. I would love to answer any questions you might have about lovely North Boulder; where to eat, where to drink, where to grab the perfect hipster pour-over, running and cycling trails frequented by elite athletes, art galleries, peaceful walks, anything!
