The space Located on the second floor of a splendid building in the center of Florence, airy and well-lit, our Ponte Vecchio apartment is calm, independent and modern which makes it perfect for all kinds of vacationers. The space consists of a vast bedroom with a king size bed and a closet for the guests to use, a living room with a convertible sectional sofa which comfortably sleeps two people. This makes it an ideal spot for four people to have a pleasant stay. The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection. There is also a flat screen TV to chill in front of after an exciting day. You’ll feel comfortable regardless of season, as the space is equipped with air conditioning, heating and has double glazed windows. For those planning to eat in, there is a table that comfortably seats four and a functional kitchenette conveniently equipped with the essential appliances such as: an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils (pans, plates, spoons, forks, knives...). There is also an electric kettle to make your tea and a Nespresso machine with a fair amount of pods provided by us to enjoy your morning coffee just as you like it. The spacious bathroom has everything you need: it features a shower, a wash basin, a toilet and a large mirror. There is also a hairdryer. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a practical laundry drying rack. All the essentials are provided. This comprises: a set of clean hand and body towels, fresh linens for every guest, as well as toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap. The location of the apartment is amazing and couldn’t be more convenient. You are in the heart of Florence, immersed in the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of the historic city center. The city’s best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are all around you! And you are of course only steps away from Florence’s iconic landmarks such as the stunning Cathedral with its ever-famous Duomo and the recently renovated Baptistry. The imposing Palazzo Vecchio is also a stone’s throw away, as are the Uffizi gallery, the Santa Croce square, the picturesque Ponte Vecchio bridge and many, many more. Last but not least, it’s very easy to get to the main train station, Santa Maria Novella. It’s a fifteen-minute walk from your apartment and you can comfortably and cheaply travel to so many destinations! You won’t get lost with us, as we provide you with a custom map where all the important tourist attractions, supermarkets, as well as a selected number of recommended restaurants and bars are clearly indicated. The location of your apartment is also clearly marked and we have included some tips which will allow you to experience and enjoy the city like a local. Guest access Guests will have access to all the apartment. They will have their own keys and enjoy complete privacy. Other things to note A few important things: • It’s very important that you communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival date so we can manage to meet you at the apartment on time. • The check-in is available from 15:00 till 23:00. I will be myself available for check-in. After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30,00 € for an external person to complete your check-in. • The check-out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door. • Luggage storage before check-in: Free. starting from 12:30 am at the apartment. Only if accorded 24 hours prior. •Luggage storage on check-out day: We offer you the possibility to leave your luggage in the deposit located in Piazza dei Giuochi 3, a few blocks from the apartment. We charge: 10,00 € a single payment for all your luggage until 12:30 20,00 € as a single payment for all your luggage until 8:00pm • A copy of the passport for non UE guests or ID for EU citizens will be requested at check in for registration. • It's strictly forbidden to smoke in this apartment. •It's not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration. •It's absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 .
