The balcony provides stunning views over the Trentham Lake and its only a short 5-minute stroll through the Quarry Street Reserve to the High Street where you will find the Cosmopolitan Hotel (fondly referred to as the Cosmo), Hotel Trentham, Annie Smithers’ Du Fermier restaurant and an array of delightful shops, cafes and the Red Beard Bakery. The space Nestled in soft, picturesque surrounding countryside and overlooking a serene lake in the heart of Trentham, Trentham Lake Villas - Tree Tops villa allows you to relax and recalibrate within the wondrous joy of silence and solitude where the conflicts of the world seem beyond reach. As such, Trentham Lake Villas is set up exclusively for adults. Children or babies are NOT permitted to stay in the villa. Guest access There are two separate and tastefully decorated villas - 'Tree Tops' is upstairs (see separate listing for the downstairs villa 'Lake View'). Both villas include a queen-size bed fitted with electric blanket, Minijumbuck underlay, premium quality doona (winter) and cotton blankets (summer), woollen blankets, quality Morgan & Finch linen and towels, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with a capacious, nurturing free-standing bath, a kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle (NOTE: there is no cooktop or oven), adjacent dining and sitting room space with television, DVD, books and magazines and a private outdoor balcony with stunning views of the lake. Each villa is heated and cooled with minimum effort reverse cycle wall-mounted air-conditioner. Other things to note Continental breakfast with a selection of cereals (inc gluten free option), sourdough bread, selection of spreads, fruit cups and fresh fruit, juice, tea, coffee and homemade biscuits are included in the nightly tariff.
