The master bedroom has a newer king size bedroom set, the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with a twin bunk. There is sectional sofa in the family room, the sectional pieces can be moved to configure into a full size bed. Sheets are in the basket next to the sofa, blankets and pillows are in the bedroom closets. (This is more comfortable than the pull out sofa with the metal frame). This is three stories, with parking on the first level. We're three blocks to the beach. The entrance to the garage is 7' tall. We provide access code as you get closer to your rental date. We are close to downtown Capitola Village shops, restaurants and beach. We are walking distance to all things in the village.
