The space Upon arrival you'll feel like you've entered a mediterranean cottage far away...You'll be welcomed with a bottle of wine in the quaint foyer, and champagne awaits you in each bedroom. Relax by the pool on one of our 6 lounge chairs , sit at the bar and enjoy a cold drink from the two fridges, enjoy a game of corn hole, or a work out by the pool. In the evenings sit by the fire while you enjoy "another" cocktail as you watch the sunset and enjoy a cook out with family and friends in our custom outdoor kitchen. The exterior patio sits 40 people comfortably and is perfect for entertaining and hosting large events. Each room comes equipped with it's own television and has it's own personal name with the following sleeping arrangements and descriptions. The Coral Room offers a king and blow up mattress (sleeps 3), also offers a work desk if you need to "work from home". It also has it's own luxury bathroom and double french doors out to the pergola, fire pit and pool area. This room is considered the Master Suite. The Starfish Room offers a king bed and an air mattress (also sleeps 3) it has a full bathroom outside the door in the hallway. The Seashell Room offers a king bed and a sofa bed (sleeps 4) also offers a desk for more workspace as well as it's own private luxury bathroom, and it's own private entrance with a small patio. This room can be considered a second Master Suite. The Sea Horse Room is a second living space with a TV and a Sofa Bed. The custom Spanish/Italian themed Kitchen makes you feel like you're cooking in your cottage in Europe. It comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need. The separate coffee Bar area offers you your individual coffee station and prep area. Finally, enjoy the dining gathering place which seats 12 as you share together and continue to make lasting memories. The Family Room has seating for up to 20 family and friends. Our goal when creating this space was to stay close together in the home and not get lost into different areas.
