Please note, an internal staircase leads to the garage on the lower ground floor. Access to the bedroom, shower room and utility is off the garage. Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 97cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 83cm wide. The outside is flat with tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor which are quite steep and turn at right angles. All bedroom doors are 60cm wide, whilst all bathroom doors are also 60cm wide.
