The space This relaxed living holiday home is located in an ideal spot, walking distance to Jimmy's Beach and the Myall River. The upper level has a large balcony running along the full length of the home. This home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a beach access just across the road. The upper level is the main living area of the home; however, the downstairs rumpus area is great for the kids with extra toilet and shower in the laundry. The backyard has a section fully fenced for toddlers or your family pet. The open plan living area has lovely polished floorboards on the upper level and opens out onto the front balcony which has furnishings and a gas BBQ. Two televisions have been provided to add to your enjoyment. The rear veranda is a great sun deck.
