Perfect for vacation or business travel, this fully furnished, full 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, comfortably appointed penthouse boasts Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, silestone countertops in the (fully equipped) kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet connection, 50' flat screen Panasonic TV w/ Optik TV digital programming, washer/ dryer, gas fireplace and secure underground parking, plus more. This “sweet suite” is conveniently located in the modern and secure, Mermaid Wharf building in Victoria’s “Design District” - a historic part of downtown, just steps away from entertainment, water activities and eclectic shopping. Steeped in history, rich in culture and blanketed in colour, downtown Victoria is a very pedestrian friendly area; numerous restaurants and entertainment are walking distance from the Mermaid Wharf building. There are seaplane services and Ferry transportation to Vancouver, Seattle, Port Angeles and Bellingham that are easy and convenient.
