The space A one-of-a-kind apartment located in one of the few places in Phuket where you can enjoy amazing sunsets every single day (unless it’s cloudy obviously)! Because the location on the 15th floor, which is approximately in the middle of the tall building of more than 30 floors, gives a stunning view to the whole Patong Beach bay. At the same time you can follow what’s happening down in the cozy pedestrian street that runs from Patong Tower to the beach road. The apartment is well maintained and has all modern facilities to make your stay easy and comfortable. The whole glass front to the balcony has been replaced by new and modern sliding doors from Swiss Sun Paradise, with tinted and insulated glass which helps keeping the apartment cool and quiet. Instead of a flamboyant decoration, we have chosen a more rational arrangement as we have made a point of spaciousness and many practical details without giving up luxury and comfort. So the place is well suited for (elderly) couples who notoriously appreciate that. Since the apartment also has a double sofa bed in the living room, it is actually suitable for up to 4 people: 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 minors. Guest access As a guest you have also access to the common areas like the lobby, the parking place and the swimming pool in front of Patong Tower. Other things to note Included in the rent: Cleaning approx. every 3 days and change of the apartment's towels etc. Change of bed linen approx. once a week. Expenses for consumption of power and water will be charged separately upon departure and will normally be 100-200 Thai Baht per day, depending on the actual consumption.
