This delightful holiday home in the heart of old Point Lonsdale on a quiet leafy street is just a short stroll to local attractions - beaches, lighthouse, cafes, tennis courts, parks/playground, Surf Life Saving Club and Championship Lonsdale Links Golf Club. This sun filled house is perfect for families, couples, and those interested in just relaxing or exploring all that the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer. The space The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with air conditioning adjoins a second lounge room. Both lounges have northern aspect, garden views and one has an open fire place for the chilly winter months. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with filtered water) and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedrooms Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed (with ensuite) Bedroom 2 - Trio Bunk (1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed) Bedroom 3 - Trio Bunk (1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed) and 1 Single trundle bed Additional sleeping Lounge Room - King Furniture Delta Double Sofa Bed Please note: You will be required to bring your own linen eg. Quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Quilts and pillows are provided. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom has a shower over bath. There's a separate toilet. Outdoor shower to freshen up after a fun sandy salty day at the beach.
