Traditional stone built Cornish cottage with modern facilities set in a tranquil village within easy reach of North Cornwall's many beaches and attractions. The enclosed private garden and south facing patio are ideal for alfresco dinning. Ample off road parking for a number of cars. The space Access through the back door into the 20ft long kitchen / diner, the dining area has french windows onto the patio. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery, the large dining table seats up to 8 people. There is a downstairs W.C and wash room off the kitchen. The 2oft lounge has ample seating for 6, there is a smart T.V with a basic sky package with WIFI and Netflix. Welch's cottage has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space, it also has an en-suite shower room and TV. The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a T.V. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds and a chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a roll top bath, a large walk in shower with anti slip tray, washbasin and W.C. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house, patio and garden. Other things to note Well behaved pets welcome by prior arrangement.
