Once the gates of the house open you are directly on the Canal, you will appreciate the landscape and its walks. Its proximity to the attractions of the region is also an asset since you will be ideally placed to visit must-see places during your vacation: Narbonne and its historical heritage, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the City of Minerve, the city of Béziers, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean or the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise. The Somail is a charming and peaceful place where there are many shops: grocery store, restaurants, bookstore. On site, the cottage offers a large enclosed outdoor area with a beautiful private pool to cool off during the summer but also a fabulous HOT TUB to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. A barbecue is also available to liven up your meals. Garden furniture is available for spending convivial moments during your stay on the terrace. Private and secure parking inside the cottage. The air-conditioned cottage opens onto a large living room with a seating area (sofa and TV), a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. Go down and you then access the ground floor which gives direct access to the outdoor space, it consists of two bedrooms with a 160 x 200 cm bed each. A separate bathroom with shower and double sink. A separate toilet. A third bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds and a fourth bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, these 2 bedrooms each have access to the 2nd bathroom of the cottage (shower, double sink and toilet).
