Cozy vacation home with fireplace in Sint Maarten

Lovingly furnished cottage in Sint Maarten near the North Sea. Our detached vacation home (about 85 m²) is quietly located in a cul-de-sac on a 300 m² property with a sun terrace and garden in the Recreatiepark De Wielen. The space On the ground floor there is a bright, cozy living/dining area with a very well-equipped fitted kitchen, open fireplace and satellite TV The kitchen was renovated in early 2020 and has a fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher, oven/microwave combination as well as an induction field and extractor hood. A filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, blender and blender, a wok as well as sufficient dishes, glasses and cutlery are available. The bathroom with a rain shower is also located on the ground floor. In the separate storage room there is a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a French bed (mattress 160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with a day bed (80 x 200 cm) that can be pulled out into a full double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a third bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm). Furthermore, a toilet is available upstairs. In front of the living/dining room is a large sunny terrace with table and chairs as well as a parasol. At the back of the house, in front of the kitchen, there is a second smaller terrace with a round table and 4 chairs. In addition, 2 sun loungers and a grill are available in summer. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are to be brought by yourself. Other things to note Minimum stay during vacations is 7 days. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking house. Maximum 4 adults. Minimum age 26 years. No rental to groups and party vacationers.
