Only a 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and located in a very pretty and quiet area and also a stones throw from many of the wonderful historical sites. The space Bedroom 1: Spacious double room with wooden floor and ceiling, handcrafted wardrobe, vanity table and chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lights, made even more comfortable with beautiful handmade Turkish carpets. This room has a huge bookshelf brimming with German, English and Turkish books. Bedroom 2: Extra large bedroom sleeps a total of 3 with a single bed and a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be opened when required. Handcrafted wardrobe, bedside tables, bookshelves with wonderful reference books, Comfortable chair and beautiful Turkish carpet, finished off with a lovely wood burning fireplace. Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, oven, hob, marble workspaces, handcrafted kitchen cupboards, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and all that is needed for a very comfortable stay. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with handcrafted cupboards, shower, sink and toilet. Clothes washing machine. Relaxing inside area with two chairs and beautiful garden views The outside relaxing area: Stunning and totally private covered area with wonderful views of the garden, where there are a dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa, beautiful wood-burning fireplace, great for the cooler evening, BBQ, super area all year round. Second relaxing terrace with garden views, comfortable seats, drinks table Garden House private garden: Wonderful huge garden lawn with mature roses and flower beds. Swimming pool: The swimming pool is situated through the garden door just 5 meters from the house and is surrounded by beautiful citrus trees and wonderful large lawn and herb gardens. The pool is shared with the next door Goldsmith House. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the whole property and its beautiful garden, the back garden of Goldsmith House is where the swimming pool is situated Other things to note The government requires by strict law that each person staying is registered, passport/identity details will therefore be required. Due to the large gardens at the property and in the vicinity, there are wasps, butterflies that come to drink water from the pool in the hot weather, they are not interested in humans being’s but please consider this if you have any severe allergies, the property owner accepts no responsibility for any occurrences relating to this.
