Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 26 square meters apartment at the gates of Paris, located in Les Lilas, with BALCONY. It is ideally located near the 20th district and the magnificent park of Buttes Chaumont. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and take advantage of it to discover our beautiful capital! Very good stay ! :) The space I am delighted to welcome you in my studio, spacious and equipped with a BACLON to enjoy aperitifs or sunny lunches. You are welcome, with friends or family, with 4 people, if you feel like going to the capital ! You will have the possibility to sleep in a double bed and a convertible sofa. In Les Lilas, you will be in a quiet environment and yet very close to Paris. You will also be very well served by transport, being 2 minutes away from the metro 11 (Mairie des Lilas). Moreover, you will be bordering the 20th arrondissement, notably the Belleville district, a trendy neighborhood where a street food market is held every month along the Boulevard de Belleville and where tables are set up in the open air. The area also includes a Chinatown, with its grocery stores and restaurants, as well as new contemporary art galleries and urban art. I look forward to seeing you there!
