Kayaking... life jackets The space This home is directly on Lake Hamilton and the Quachita River portion. It is close to the dam and thus has a variety of fishing opportunities. It is the more quiet area of the lake but only minutes by boat or automobile to 2 (two) National Parks; The Hot Springs National Park and the Quachita National Forest which are directly across from this home for viewing without ever leaving the property. Sit in the backyard to watch boaters galore drive by to visit the Dam a mere few minutes away. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property including a sea wall directly located on the water. There is also free onsite parking, 3 spaces. Other things to note This home has a children’s room that includes a boat bed to spark imagination and creativity. This home also has a 185 gallon salt water fish tank for the enjoyment of everyone. Starlink internet has been added in 2025 for better internet for guests.
