With all the amenities we offered you could just relax an enjoy the ambiance and cool Caribbean breeze. Built to the highest standard this unit has all modern amenities split AC unit, hot water full kitchen with modern appliances, private balcony, private beach, private dock overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Entire property and dock As owner of this establishment I live on the property and I’m available 90% of the time to assist with any queries or issues that may arrive. Normally I check with our all our guest daily to find out how there stay is going and if what our establishment offer meets their expectations as our main objective and gold is for all our guest to have the most comfortable relax and memorable vacation as possible. Our neighborhood is pretty unique on the island as we’re located on the southwest side of the island on end of a no trough street. All the property in this area are used for overnight tourism or retirement homes making this area the most quiet on the entire island. Caye Caulker is very unique in comparison to rest of our country, as a island our local town council controls the affaires of the island, with this type of management we don’t have public transport and our only mode of transportation is golf cart and bikes as our legal speed limit is 10 mile per hour.
