"Abricotta" villa with swimming pool near Toulouse

Single-storey house of 150 m², on 3000 m² of wooded and fenced land. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a TV lounge, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a cellar, a covered terrace, a terrace under a trellis and a swimming pool (with alarm). The space A "wing" of the house with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The other "wing" with the third bedroom, a second bathroom and a second toilet. In the center of the house are the TV lounge, equipped kitchen, dining room and a cellar with washing machine. The house is equipped with underfloor heating that also provides air conditioning in summer. The house is quiet, away from the road, no nuisance. It is located in a small village (with all shops, doctors, pharmacies, library, toy library, tennis courts and other sports fields) 25 km from Toulouse, 36 km from Montauban, 35 km from Albi. Not far from the beaches of the Mediterranean (1h45 by highway). Around villages classified as Cordes-sur-Ciel, Bruniquel, etc. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and its exterior, except for my bedroom, my office and the garden shed (which are not shown in the photos or mentioned in the description).
