Description
Beautiful and spacious canal home in a safe and stunning neighborhood on Marco Island. Features three bedroom and two bathrooms with amenities that include direct access to the Gulf of Mexico with a dock, making it perfect for water activities and adventures. Outdoor amenities include a patio off the kitchen and living area with a table and four chairs, two comfy chairs, a gas grill and canal views. The space Spacious living room with high ceilings with a couch, two recliners, 2 additional chairs, coffee table, and TV, providing a comfortable and cozy living space. Three bedrooms - a master with a king size bed, walk-in closet, and attached bath with shower, separate bathtub and dual vanities; two additional bedrooms each with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Ceiling fans throughout. A laundry room with sink, washer & dryer. Guest access Entire house and Garage available for guest use. If you are bringing a boat, boat trailers must fit in garage (21'x21') or you must use local short term storage to meet city ordinances. No overnight parking of trailer or boat in the driveway or front of the house is permitted. The city charges $1700/day for any violations of this ordinance and monitors it tightly. Other things to note Two bikes are available for guests, two more can be brought over if requested. There are fishing poles and a crab trap stored in the garage for your use. Stone crab season is Oct-May and we catch them right off the dock. Right around the bend from the house is a bay which is great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Dolphins are plentiful! Rose Marina is about 1/2 mile away. They have boat, pontoon, and jet ski rentals as well as chartered fishing, shelling trips, and a water taxi to Keewadin Island beach which is a popular island with food/drink boats on the weekends. The Marco Island Princess has both lunch and sunset cruises. The Marriott Hobie cat sailing trips leave from here as well. For kids, the Dolphin Explorer (all year) and the Pirate ship (Jan-April) are very popular. Also, the Key West Express (Jan-April, and Fourth of July weekend) leaves from the Marina and take you to Key West in 3.5 hours. You can go for the day or spend the night. Dolphin Cove marina also rents pontoons and allows you to keep them at the house overnight tied to the dock. There are many restaurants within in a mile of the house and two or three sports bars. Snook Inn and Dolphin Tiki are fun island bars/restaurants on the water nearby. Beautiful Marco Island beach is approximately two miles away. It's a great bike ride with sidewalks the whole way. There are three public parking lots with public beach access (Tigertail, Turtle lot, South Beach). Beach towels and chairs are provided for your use. There is also a highchair and pack-n-play in the front closet for infants.
