Location/ Position Chalet Madeleine is a luxuriously furnished and well equipped ‘ski in, ski out’ chalet set in the hamlet of Les Nants less than 1km from Morzine centre. The chalet accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms all with private bathroom. You can ski in/out - green home run - and is only a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre. In the winter a free local ski bus operates every hour. There are ample comfortable sofas, a large dining table and a well-furnished kitchen. The mezzanine area above creates a great secondary space for Tv, children’s play area or quiet time. The terrace and wrap around balcony give useful outdoor space taking advantage of the beautiful views. Entrance door to: Hallway Down stairs to garage with storage and drying room. Open plan kitchen, lounge diner with vaulted ceilings and access to terrace. Panoramic mountain views. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern kitchen including a Nespresso Pod coffee machine and a wine/drinks fridge. A separate utility room joins the kitchen containing a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The dining area seats up to 12. There is ample comfortable seating in the lounge area along with a fireplace. Mezzanine area with seating - Tv with Free- Sat and Dvd player.
