This modern villa boasts a gourmet kitchen, grill, hot tub, and private garage. The family-friendly 3-master-bedroom/ 3.5 bath home sleeps up to 9 guests. Each bedroom is located on its own floor with its own ensuite and TV. The space KITCHEN Enjoy preparing meals in the gourmet, fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, and storage containers. Gadgets include waffle iron, panini press, toaster, Keurig single-serve and carafe, French press and more. Living Area Enjoy hanging out in the living room, watching a movie on the smart TV, playing one of the many games provided or just relaxing by the gas fireplace. There is plenty of seating for all guest to gather. Suites There are 3 Master suites, each located on its own floor. All suites have a 42 inch smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite. The king Master is located on the 3rd floor with the main living area. The ensuite has a double vanity and walk-in shower. Get a goodnight's sleep on the cozy foam bed that is topped with a variety of pillows. The Bunk Room is located on the 2nd floor and has a full/full bunk with a twin trundle. Enjoy watching movies on the large beanbag chair and/or looking for local wildlife on the private balcony. The ensuite has a walk-in shower. Kids and adults alike will enjoy this room. The Master Queen Suite is located on the first floor. This private suite has a comfy reading chair and a desk. The ensuite has a tub/shower combo. This room walks out to the hot tub and outdoor sitting area. Outdoor Area The Main Living Area walks out onto a balcony with 2 chairs, a table and a grill. The Bunkroom has a private balcony with 2 chairs and a table, perfect for morning coffee. The Hot Tub is located on the ground floor. It seats 6 and has a large sectional sofa to sit and relax after a day of outdoor adventure. Extras Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Alexa Echo Show, and Echo Dot alarm clock (King/Queen suite), Washer/Dryer, and vacuum. Sleds are provided for guest to enjoy.
