The apartment completely overlooks Lake Maggiore: from the balcony of the living room the view also sweeps over the Borromean Islands. It is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa that is very peaceful and relaxing. It sleeps 5. The VIEW of all of Lake Maggiore is one of the most BEAUTIFUL and complete that can be found in the area. The accommodation is on the second floor of a completely renovated early 20th century house. It's very bright. We look forward to hosting you! The space The view over the entire Lake Maggiore is one of the most beautiful and complete that can be found in the area. The apartment sleeps 5 and consists of: * entrance, dining area with open kitchen and living room; * double bedroom; * bedroom with bunk bed; * bathroom. With an added folding bed it is possible to obtain the 5th bed (IKEA folding bed) The living room has two balconies, one facing the lake and one that also opens onto both bedrooms. The accommodation is located on the second floor of an early 20th century house whose very thick walls ensure a pleasantly cool environment even in the summer months. The apartment has a FREE PARKING SPACE reserved for guests. Guest access It is advisable to arrive at our accommodation by car: a parking space reserved for the apartment is available for guests right below the house. Stresa and Baveno are a ten-minute drive away. By car, you can reach Mottarone from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of 7 lakes, from the Maritime Alps to Monte Rosa. In Stresa and Baveno there are public and private beaches by the lake. The tour of the Borromean Islands is a must, you can do it with comfortable ferries departing from Stresa and/or Baveno. Villa Taranto and Villa Pallavicino, beautiful floral gardens, are easily accessible by car. City markets: Baveno on Monday, Arona on Tuesday, Lesa on Thursday and Stresa on Friday. From Stresa station, in about an hour by train you can easily reach the center of Milan, without parking and traffic problems. Other things to note Independent apartment, located on the third floor. We are very sorry that we cannot accommodate guests with motor disabilities: the presence of stairs and the lack of an elevator unfortunately does not allow it. The accommodation has a balcony in all rooms. Non-smoking only. No pets. Possibility of having bedding and towels as a surcharge, at the request of the customer.
