The space Surf Key can accommodate a total of 10 guests including children (up to 6 adults over the age of 13). Amenities - Beach gear is provided (4 beach chairs, cooler, beach cart) - The startup kit includes some coffee pods, salt, pepper, oil, a few trash bags dishwasher and laundry pods. We offer provisioning services if you would like additional items. Additional services - Street Legal Golf Carts – book it for the entirety of your stay for $150 per day.* - Elevate your stay with additional services including Chef's, provisioning, housekeeping and more. - Early check-in and late Check-out Guest access 3 vehicles can be parked in front of the residence, please note there is no parking in the driveway and the neighborhood does not allow street parking. Other things to note Our Guest Relations Managers will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7. Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors. All reservations over Christmas and New Year’s Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 20th to 27th or December 27th to January 3rd (+/-1 day). At a glance: The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property. The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (up to 6 adults over the age of 13). After the 6th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation. Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.
