Outdoor enclosed shower w/ river rock floor for rinsing sand from beach or showering. A NON-SMOKING & DRUG FREE HOME! Please kind & respectful guests only! The space Cozy cedar cottage (owner occupied) nestled in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Bethany Beach Delaware..20/30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach in Delaware going north or 15 to 45 minutes to Ocean City, Berlin and Assateague Island, Maryland heading South. Organic Coffee or tea provided each morning. Snacks will be on hand as well. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED. Guest access Private bedroom with full size pillow top mattress bed in owner occupied home. Lock on door! PRIVATE BATH. Guests can relax and unwind on front or back decks. Chill on the hammock located in back yard under shade trees and beautifully landscaped area. Must love nature to appreciate. Guest can use the fridge for storing beverages or snacks. NO COOLERS, FOOD OR BEVERAGES IN THE BEDROOM! Can utilize microwave. Very nice outdoor enclosed cedar shower with river rock base for rinsing sand from the beach THIS IS REQUIRED! (leave sand at the beach not in indoor shower drain). Indoor river rock NEWLY INSTALLED FRAME LESS GLASS shower in PRIVATE GUEST bath. Bicycle rack on property for those who like to cycle to get around. (great way to get around town and into Bethany Beach. Bikes lanes on route 26 and Ocean Highway.Free unlimited Wi-Fi access (not used for Netflix,You-Tube Videos or Streaming Music or movies). Living room sofa IS NOT A SLEEP SPACE. It is for reading, watching TV or for relaxing. During your stay I am here if the guests need me but respect their privacy and space. I provide a map of the surrounding areas to visit including Maryland and Delaware,some notions just in case you forget something ex. shampoo and toothpaste, as well as a Guest Book of places to eat ,spas and activities . Can recommend some great places to eat and shop. Or they can explore on their own. I have a friendly but high energy dog named Bootz and 2 cats Jet and Pearl. All are rescues and will wag or purr for treats and hugs. Other things to note Lots of local restaurants and shops. If you like water sports like kayaking,standup paddle boarding or surfing this is a wonderful place to experiment. The back bay areas are great for kayaking and SUP. Variety of Bands on the boards in downtown Bethany every weekend. Sunrise yoga on the boards as well. Plenty variety of churches. Or meditate on back deck overlooking my pond or do sun salutations on front deck with Sun water fountain. There are several state park beaches that are really nice and close. Our beaches are clean so what you take in you take out no trash receptacles. They have beach houses with bathrooms and concessions. Out of state is $15.00 for the day and you can leave and re-enter the same day with the pass. I have 2 cats and a dog. Jet ,Pearl and Bootz. So unfortunately no pets allowed or children. My critters love guests.
