Renovated chalet with spacious living room, ideal for family stays. Winter info: arrival possible Sunday evening (see with us for price). Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large mezzanine, possibility of sleeping (2x2 places). In the heart of the Queyras park, in winter close to the slopes, in summer less than 15 minutes from Italy, this chalet is ideal for relaxation. You will have a veranda converted into a reading area and a jacuzzi, access to which is optional (see internal regulations & conditions). The space Family chalet, recently available for rent, we are happy to host you in our "Annex". Spacious, over 150 m², friendly and modern, the South exposure offers you the sun in winter and summer all day long. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms with double bed and a mezzanine with 2 sofa beds 2 places and a space for children (games available). You will have a bathroom, shower room and extra shower near the jacuzzi, as well as 3 independent toilets on each level. The living area has a very large corner sofa, a wood-burning stove and gives access to the outdoor terrace and a veranda ideal for reading or resting. The kitchen is open to the dining area that can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Guest access During the winter season, a free shuttle can take you to the bottom of the resort. In summer, the various GR hiking trails are available to you and Le Col Agnel invites you to discover the Piedmont Valley in Italy (30 min from the first village). Other things to note In winter, possibility of check-in on Sunday evening between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. (contact us in advance for price and availability) A deposit check of €1500 not cashed will be requested when the keys are handed over and returned by hand at the end of the stay. * Linen is not included, but it is possible to rent it (indicate when booking). - Double bed set: €15/set (no credit card or check) * Cleaning is to be done before departure, a cleaning option is possible (indicate when booking). - Housekeeping option: €160 per service (no credit card or check) * Access to the Jacuzzi is optional (indicate when booking), in order to provide water treatment and personal hygiene kit. - Jacuzzi option: €200 per stay (no credit card or check)
