Following the exchanges with the previous tenants, we would like to communicate the following information: - the apartment is on the third floor (the stairs go up easily but are naturally not recommended for people with reduced mobility disabilities) - the coffee maker is a Senseo capsule coffee maker - the apartment does not have a designated parking space but many free spaces are nearby (there are two free car parks 20 and 50 m away as well as parking spaces on the street) - the fee taken on the site corresponds to the concierge service. Exit cleaning must be done by the tenants ensuring a state of cleanliness true to the condition upon arrival (emptied garbage cans, linen and dishes washed, maintenance of rooms carried out). An additional cleaning fee of €50.00 is possible as long as you request it before checking in. - sheets, towels and tea towels are at your disposal on site. When you leave, linens must be washed (and dried as much as possible).
