All guests will be comfortably accommodated having an open living room space, a private screened in lanai with heated pool, as well as a spacious fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an oversized kitchen window that opens to the lanai. Guest access Marco Island is a wonderful vacation spot! On the island are 2 major grocery stores, plenty of amazing restaurants, local museums, YMCA, boat rental providers, marinas, and the most beautiful beaches you've ever seen. You can easily bike ride anywhere you need to go. Some guests rent electric scooters, or mopeds. There's designated parking areas very close to each beach entrance. Other things to note Beach gear such as chairs, towels, and a beach cart are available for The Seabird guests. Four adult beach cruisers are also provided for guests to explore the Island and all it has to offer. You will be a short walk or a quick bike ride (0.6 miles) to Tigertail Park and Beach. If you are wanting to visit South Beach during your stay, it is a short drive away. You will be conveniently located to grocery stores, local shops, beaches, and close to some of the best restaurants on the island.
